Strawberry quartz bullet pendant with diamond details. We have just finished our strawberry quartz bullet pendant. I posted photos of the loose stones and some design concepts last year on our Facebook page; SherryJewellery. We have finally had chance to complete one of the ideas.
This is in 9ct rose gold, with a band of fine white diamonds running round the centre of the strawberry bullets; all suspended from a diamond clip bail. The piece is a very heavy little item, measuring around 2cm from tip to tip. The quartz are beautiful transparent gems, with tiny flecks of darker red and black through the pinky colour. The shade isn’t done justice by the photos; it’s a really pretty rose-pink.
The band of diamonds around the centre of the piece, are set with little grains and are nestled in a deep channel for safely. The band goes all the way around the cylinder.
I also had aquamarine bullet shape gems and we buy these when we can find good pairs of stones, as we have a number of original design ideas that I’d like to make up into real pieces.
